How do I set up/change/cancel an appointment?
Call the office and we will set up an appointment. Please give 24 hour
notice if you plan to cancel an appointment.
Do I have to pay for my visit at the time of my appointment?
Yes, payment is expected at time of service.
How much is my co-pay?
Each insurance is different. Call your insurance if you do not know.
How can I get a prescription refilled?
Call the office during office hours so we can check the chart. DON'T CALL
AFTER HOURS OR ON WEEKENDS BECAUSE THE PRESCRIPTION WILL
ONLY BE FILLED FOR THE AMOUNT NEEDED TO GET YOU THROUGH
UNTIL THE OFFICE OPENS.
How can I find out the results of my tests?
If you do not hear from the office by phone or by mail, then call the office
and ask for the test results. NO NEWS IS NOT GOOD NEWS!
What do I do in an emergency?
If you have a life threating emergency, call 911. If not, then call (404)
296-1424 and the service will page Dr. Daus.
Who should I contact if I get sick after office hours or on weekends?
